When Are the Rooms Ready for Occupation?
The rooms are ready to move into at the day of arrival at 3 pm.
If requested, we willingly note an earlier arrival and bear this in mind.
Certainly, an arrival before 3 pm is possible and we try our best that your room is prepared for an earlier Check-In. If the room is not ready to move into, we are willingly store your luggage, while you already enjoy a refreshing North Sea breeze or bridge the time of waiting at a cosy "Teetied" - tea time.

Does the Hotel Have WLAN?
In the entire house, our wireless network is available free of charge. You obtain access after the acceptance of our GTC’s.

Are the Rooms Handicapped-Suited?
We have not available a handicapped-suited interior. However, at a personal phone call, we would be glad to check if we are able to fulfil your specific requirements to have a relaxed holiday experience.

Are There Towels and Bathrobes in the Rooms?
Of course, towels and bathrobes are ready at your arrival. If a specific bathrobe size is required, please inform us before your arrival so that we are well-prepared.

Does a Hairdryer Belong to the Room Facilities?
Surely, all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Are the Swimming Pools Heated?
Both our indoor pool and our outdoor pool are heated up, so that you are able to enjoy even in the winter the gorgeous view. However, we suggest wearing a swimming cap in the outdoor pool at low temperatures.

At What Times Is The Sauna Facility Accessible?
Both our steam sauna and our Finnish sauna as well as the tepidarium with a wonderful view on our vigorous North Sea are in operation daily from noon to 9 pm. Should you wish an earlier activation, please let us know.

What Are the Opening Hours of the ‘Wellness & Meer’?
Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm and on Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the ‘Wellness & Meer’ is opened . If requested, appointments out of opening hours are available. Please get in touch with Ms. Endelmann from the ‘beauty deck’ by calling 04931 9887666.

At What Times Is the Restaurant Open?
Our breakfast buffet is daily available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Sundays from noon to 02:00 pm and daily from 06:00 pm to 09:30 pm, hot food is available. Last orders are possible until 01:45 pm and 09:00 pm, respectively. Also Sundays, we serve an extensive and delicious assortment of pastries and fancy cakes in the time from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

What Are the Opening Hours of the Bar?
Our ‘tenderbar’ is opened from Tuesday until Saturday starting at 6 pm.

Do You Serve Vegetarian Cuisine?
Both at our substantial breakfast buffet and at supper, we are serving vegetarian delicacies. Our kitchen team gladly answers further requests. Just inform us.

Cause Allergies or Intolerance Difficulties?
We adjust willingly and individually ourselves to your food intolerances or other allergies. Please inform us beforehand, so our kitchen team is able to be prepared.

Are Children Welcome in the Hotel Fährhaus?
Certainly, we are also glad to welcome your children at our house. Many of our rooms are well spaced, so that an extra bed for your children should be no problem. We offer two-room family combinations with a connecting door as well as a co-location in the same room.

Are There Appropriate Facilities for Smokers?
However, with our smokerslounge within the tenderbar we created a comfortable and well-designed refuge for smokers as alternative to the uncomfortable and cold way of going outside. No matter if pipe, cigar or cigarette, here refined taste is guaranteed.

Is a Reservation for a Parking Spot Necessary?
Our house has available both in the front and in the back of the house a sufficiently large number of parking spots. Therefore, a prior reservation is unnecessary.

Is It Possible to Be Picked up at the Train Station?
We take service quality seriously; therefore, we gladly convey you to the train station or pick you up from there. Just let us know your arrival or departure time.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not allow bringing your four-legged friend.
